Prayer Of Adoration: A Symphony Of Praise
As we gather together in this place in adoration, I want to provoke everyone, hallelujah, to just praise and worship Him with me. Let us gather together in this place because He inhabits the praises of His people. Oh, hallelujah. Perhaps as you’re crying out to Him in worship and praise and you don’t know what to say, but you’re overflowing with a new song, you’re overflowing with thanksgiving and adoration, how about together we just cry out hallelujah, hallelujah.
Hallelujah, hallelujah. Oh, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy. You are worthy. Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. We adore you. We give thanks to you. We praise you. Oh, Abba, Abba, Abba. You are so mighty. You are so wonderful. Oh, hallelujah. Rather than being without us, you spare not your only begotten son, but you use him as a ransom to reconcile us, to redeem us, to restore us together, one with you, and we are grateful.
We adore you for this calling as teachers. We adore you, oh Abba Father, that you will use us, oh Father God, as vessels to adore you, to honor you, to glorify you. Oh Lord, your vessels that you’re pouring out into even now, oh Abba Father, that we may pour out, oh hallelujah, on our family, our loved ones.
Oh Lord, on your children, our students, the community. Oh Lord, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that you will accept this worship, oh God, as we offer it up to you on this night. For some, it may be a sacrifice of praise, Lord, for we’re tired, Lord. Been a long day. Some are going through it, but Lord, we made it through it by your grace. We are in awe of your goodness, Oh Lord. Oh, seemingly the time was long and stretched out, but Abba Father, now in this place, Oh hallelujah, we are in awe, Oh hallelujah, that we made it.
We ask you, Oh Father, as we adore you together in this place, Oh hallelujah, you that’s the discerner of our hearts and our thoughts. Oh, receive us on this day because of your love, because of your goodness, we are here in gratitude. We are grateful and thankful for your amazing grace, oh Lord. Oh, hallelujah. We adore you because you have taken away our shame. We adore you, oh God, but you have hallelujah cause regret to be far from us.
Lord, Your love has cast out all fear. You are the very present hope in the time of trouble. Share on XWe adore you, Oh Lord, because Abba Father, you have caused us to remember that we are created fearfully and wonderfully by you. We are caused to remember on this day that you said that we are in your likeness. Oh, hallelujah, created by you, Oh Abba Father, hallelujah. When you created us, breathed into us, and spoke life over us, you said, “It is good. It is good. We are good, very good.
We thank you, Lord, for this life and life more abundantly. Hallelujah. Hallelujah, hallelujah. In moaning and groaning, hallelujah. In weakness and in strength, hallelujah. Rich and poor, hallelujah. In sickness and in health, hallelujah. Oh, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy.
You inhabit the praises of your people. We thank you for the song that you’ve given us in the midst of it all, oh Lord. We raise our hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Oh, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy. Yes, Lord, yes, Lord, yes, Lord.
Thank you, Jesus Christ. Oh, Abba, Holy Spirit, you are the leader, you are the comforter. Oh, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. In our weakness, you are made strong. Oh, hallelujah, oh, hallelujah. You did not turn us over to fear or torment, but Lord, your love has cast out all fear. You are the very present hope in the time of trouble, and we worship you in this place.
Oh, Abba, hallelujah, we’re pressing in. Oh, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, all the cares in this place. Oh, hallelujah, the concerns in this place, hallelujah. With our whole hearts, hallelujah. With all of our minds, hallelujah. With all of our strength, hallelujah. With all of our being, hallelujah. For you are worthy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy. We thank you.
Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. As it is written. If we had 10,000, it wouldn’t be enough. It’s not enough. It’s just not enough. We are grateful. Oh, hallelujah. Your amazing grace is sufficient for us. Oh, hallelujah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We adore you because you first love us, and your love, hallelujah, has overwhelmed us on this night. We are grateful that we have sound minds. We are grateful that we have tongues to declare your name. We are grateful that our hearts are pumping for you.

Oh, hallelujah that we breathe out adoration unto you. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, hallelujah. Thank you, Abba. Oh, hallelujah. You are marvelous. You are wonderful, and you are worthy to be praised. In this moment, in such times as these, we are in awe that you inhabit the praises of your people, that you are a wall of fire all around us, your glory in the midst of us, and nothing can separate us from you. We are in awe. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. Hallelujah. Yes, Lord. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I love you. Yes and amen, for you are the yes and amen. Hallelujah. Amen.
Facing The Mirror: Confessions Of Fear And Blame
Lord, we come to you in confession. We confess that we have let fear speak louder than your truth in our lives. We allow our minds to ruminate on the fear of punishment, the fear of embarrassment, the fear of rejection, disapproval, pain, loss of control, loss of safety, and it causes us to lose our self-control and react emotionally.
Lord, our emotions are valid, but they are not your truth. Truly, Lord, when we focus on the fear of our circumstances, we worship them and we idolize them rather than spending time in worship of you, our great confidence. Lord, we confess that as a leader, we have let the fear of what our superiors tell us roll on to us, and rather than accept responsibility for our actions and we shift that responsibility onto each other through complaining and onto those we supervise and onto our students.
Letting the cruddy weight of responsibility roll downhill. Our inability to look into the face of the situation, to take responsibility for what we can, and to admit the ignorance of our mistakes. That hurts those around us. Shifting blame, justifying action or inaction to suit our self-centeredness, and gaslighting others to share the blame may alleviate some of the anxiety of our fear lord, but it hurts those around us. It prevents us from faith-based leadership.
It puts us in a prideful and self-righteous position where we can no longer empathize with others. The self-centeredness gives us a direct route to causing hurt and anger, rather than creating situations where you can work beyond this world’s comprehension, and it robs you of your glory. Lord, as followers, we find ourselves not being submissive to our leadership. We lack hearts that are willing to understand fully, to give empathy.
We lack the ability to provide encouragement and admit wrongdoing, and gift space for grace and for growth. Lord, we know that all scripture is breathed out by you and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training and righteousness that we may be equipped for every good work. Lord, we wear our hearts predetermined to be offended, prepared to be upset at teachings and reproof, and correction, and training. What does that mean?
Your desire is for us to live in unity, and the enemy wants us to live in anger, hurt, fear, and separation. Share on XLord, it means we’ve taken the bait. We’ve taken the bait of Satan. It means our sinful and easily offended hearts have made us teachers unteachable. If we are unteachable, we’ve lost our sacred anointing of your Holy Spirit in using our spiritual gift in that moment. For how can the prideful be an example of receiving teaching? How can the self-centered, the prideful, the easily offended, the self-righteous? How can we be a light for you?
How can we share your perfect love? How can we serve others if we cannot see past ourselves? Lord, we confess. We confess that we have closed our ears, and we have closed our eyes, and we have hardened our hearts, and fear of anything this worldly system can do to us. In doing so, we have lost our ability to see and count our blessings. We have missed our moments to receive your love and to feel your approval and your acceptance.
We have missed out on opportunities to share your peace and your beauty and your love and your light to this world. Oh Lord, we confess. We confess our fear. We lament. These confessions tear at our hearts on a daily basis, but really, Lord, we fear greater than the hurt of this world. We fear the righteous truth and justice and wrathful vengeance on sin by you, God, our Almighty, our Judge, our Maker of heaven and earth.
Lord, let us mourn when we bear witness of brothers and sisters in the faith who have turned inward in sinful moments like those mentioned above, because we know that they have turned inward and not upward. We come on bended knees to your cross, our great Redeemer, our Advocator, and we pray that you send your Holy Spirit to open our ears and eyes and hearts to you, oh giver of grace. Good Father, Redeemer, Master Teacher, that you and your great mercy may lead us to your wisdom and to your glory. Amen.
Heartfelt Thanks: Acknowledging Divine Guidance And Love
Prayer of Thanksgiving. Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you to give you thanks. This is the day that you have made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Lord, we thank you for helping us come to this time of year. For so many, it is a season of new beginnings, not just because it’s a new year, but because it’s a time when we’re able to analyze our students’ academic growth or, in some cases, regression. We are able to use this information to change our instructional plans.
As we make these plans, we are grateful that you are with us and you are guiding us. You have chosen the students with whom we interact each day. You are a good God, and you know what is best for each student and what is best for us. Lord, we thank you for the love that you give us for our students. We thank you for the compassion we have for them that comes from you. Lord, we thank you for the garment of praise that we put on when we become overwhelmed.
Let us remember that You are with us before, after, and during the storms, both spiritual and natural. Share on XWe thank you for the cloak of humility that you help us put on as we deal with our students, their parents, our colleagues, and our administrators. We thank you for the opportunities you give us to humble ourselves as we serve you and our students. We thank you for being gracious and being merciful. We thank you for beginning a good work in us, and we thank you for your faithfulness to bring it to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. It is in His matchless name that we pray, amen.
Seeking Refuge: Supplication For Protection And Provision
Prayer of supplication. Father God, we come to you today with this prayer of supplication. We are humbly asking for you to move and work in these situations and thanking you in advance. We thank you, Father, that perfect love casts out fear. We know that your love for us is perfect and never-ending. We know that we do not have to strive or work for your love. We do not have to fear you abandoning or forsaking us. We ask you to help us accept that love and walk in it.
We also pray that we will extend that same love to others. That they know that we are your child by the fruit that we bear and that we represent you with love for them, that is free from the fear of condemnation and abandonment. We pray for us to be renewed with the fear of you. We desire to view and serve you with reverential fear. We desire to have the minds, hearts, and actions of Christ and to have the wisdom to speak, think, and act in ways that please you.
We desire to understand your will in ways better. We know that fear of you, Lord, is the beginning of wisdom. Please help us to reverentially fear you, Lord, with respect for who you are and what you have to mean. Father, we ask you to help us not hold offense in our hearts. As you forgave, we should forgive quickly, joyfully, and completely. We are to forgive or we will not be forgiven. Your desire is for us to live in unity, and the enemy wants us to live in anger, hurt, fear, and separation.
We cast down a spirit of offense in Jesus’ name. We never want to hold unforgiveness, betrayal, animosity, or anything that is not a fruit of the Spirit in our hearts. We seek you, Lord, to cleanse us from bitterness or hurt. Help us not to give the enemy a foothold with holding onto offense or offending others. Please restore what needs to be restored and draw up what needs to be dried up within us and in our lives.
Father God, we pray for protection over students and families who are not documented. We know that nothing is too hard for you, and we lift up this concern to the greatest protector and defender. We pray for peace, protection, and provision for all in these situations. We also pray that we, as believers, as you bless us, we are able to be blessings, and we are able to intercede, and we are led by your spirit in how to help and what to do.
Father, we pray for a provision for students and their families that all their needs are met. Clothing and supplies, food is on the table, utilities are functioning, and peace is accepted. We pray for teachers that we will seek your will in the middle of natural disasters. Let us remember that you are with us before, after, and during the storms, both spiritual and natural. In Jesus’ name, we thank you for listening and answering. Amen.
