This information is collected from online forms and stored in our Salesforce or other CRM systems.

We retain this information until its purpose has been fulfilled.

In all such cases you choose whether to provide us with the personal information, but certain portions of the Site or our software may not function correctly if you do not provide the information requested.

De-Identified Information

Information collected by TWP that is de-identified (permanently dissociated from you as an individual) ceases to be Personal Data and is not subject to this Privacy Statement.

How Long We Store Personal Information

TWP retains personal information described in this policy for as long as necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was originally collected or for which there is a legitimate business, operational, or legal requirement. Data is retained according to applicable law.

To Whom We Disclose Your Information and Why

The personal information that we collect from you through this Site is only used for our internal purposes as described in this Privacy Notice. We do not sell your personal information. However, we utilize several service providers to help maintain the Site, provide the associated search functionality, and conduct TWP operations.   • Database Hosting Vendors.Like many organizations, we utilize cloud databases to host our data, including your personal information, so that we can effectively and safely operate the Site.
  • We may be subject to audits from various entities, such as our regulators or service providers, as well as due to our internal auditing policies. We expect to be able to respond to your request without charge as a general matter.  However, we reserve the right to collect a reasonable charge when you request the transcription, reproduction, or transmission of such information. We will notify you, following your request for transcription, reproduction, or transmission of the appropriate amount that will be charged. You will then have the opportunity to withdraw your request.
